| Dear Fellow American, On Independence Day, we pause to reflect on the founding of our nation and the brave men and women who have sacrificed to uphold the cause of freedom. Our Veterans have taken an oath to protect this basic human right. In their honor, I’ve issued the National Veteran’s Memorial and Museum Independence Day Challenge—and I’m asking you to answer the call.Through your membership, you’ve shown your support for all those—past, present, and future—who have fought for the liberty we must never take for granted. | The museum has set a goal to inspire 150 individuals to answer the challenge by supporting NVMM by July 4th. Your special gift will help tell the stories of Veterans at a time when recognizing their sacrifices is more critical than ever. You’ll ensure Veterans are honored in the museum and virtually on our website and online.
