Welcome Home Inaugural Members! |
While we have remained open virtually and connected with Veterans and supporters across the country over the last three months, we are excited to welcome you back to engage with both our permanent and special exhibitions beginning Tuesday, June 23 to Friday, June 26 for special member days. We will open the Museum to everyone on Saturday, June 27. You can secure your member tickets online for our dedicated member days June 23-26 ahead of your visit, if you prefer. Follow the directions below to first activate your online membership account. You will then be able to view your membership and reserve your free tickets based on your membership level. We also are pleased to announce the extension of our special exhibit, So Ready for Laughter: The Legacy of Bob Hope, which will be here at the museum through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7. As you may recall, this is the traveling exhibit’s first stop following The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, where it originated. As we adjust our schedule in light of the extended physical closure, we will be announcing our Fall and Winter special exhibits to members soon. As you consider visiting us here at the museum, I want you to know that your health and safety and that of our team is our top priority. We are following state and national requirements for reopening cultural facilities and have trained our staff on all new procedures and guidelines. Our team has created a special Welcome Back Page on the website to share all the safety measures we have implemented and special days we have created to keep you and all our guests healthy. In the meantime, I invite you to visit our virtual and digital spaces on nationalvmm.org and @NVMM on our social channels. We look forward to seeing you soon! Sincerely and Hooah! |
